Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare a performance appraisal work plan, a corresponding performance appraisal development goal and an annual performance appraisal work plan, and formulate a detailed quarterly and monthly plan.
2. Establish and maintain a fair and effective performance appraisal system, and be responsible for the implementation and management of the appraisal.
3. According to the company's business needs, cooperate with the leaders to organize and implement various types of employee performance appraisal work.
4. Implement rewards and punishments for relevant employees according to performance appraisal and relevant regulations.
5. Establish a company position management system to assist and guide the performance appraisal of various departments.
6. Establish a system of assessment and evaluation of company cadres and a system of promotion of positions.
7. Instruct the responsible person of the department to carry out the assessment work and explain various related system problems to the employees.
8. Assist in the revision of policy guidelines and employee handbooks, provide policy support, and assist in policy interpretation.
9. Establish an information system for performance appraisal and provide reference for the company's human resources decision-making.
10. Responsible for the summary and finishing of performance appraisal work, and timely preparation of performance statistics report and analysis report.
11. Train employees on the relevant content of performance appraisal.
12. Evaluate the current performance appraisal system and recommend improvement measures.
13. Assist the personnel manager to complete other related personnel work.
14. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited to English, level 4 or above;
2. More than two years of salary performance appraisal related work;
3, the personality is cheerful and lively, proactive and sensitive to the work;
